- Providing administrative assistance and organizational tasks to a Partner and a team of lawyers
- Management of agendas and emails
- Answering phone calls
- Organization of conference calls, meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparing information for the invoicing process
- Preparation of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents including letters,emails, reports and presentations

- You have a degree in administrative/secretarial field
- You have a first relevant experience as an assistant ideally in a law firm or in a financial institution
- You are fluent in English and French (written and oral). German is an asset.
- You are proficient with MS Office and have strong typing skills
