Senior Business Analysts – Investment Funds Industry (f/m)

In order to provide business analysis services within project streams aiming to deliver joint reporting solutions for client, financial, statutory, tax and financial reporting.

Your responsibilities

·         Organisation and leading of business workshops ;

·         Elicitation of requirements with business users and subject matter experts ;

·         Analysis and documentation of “as is” operating models ;

·         Analysis of data models and data requirements ;

·         Performing gap analysis and gap impact assessment ;

·         Compilation of business requirements documents ;

·         Compilation of design specifications ;

·         Analysis and documentation of “to be” operating models ;

·         Acting as liaison between business and IT representatives ;

·         Definition and compilation of user acceptance test scenarios ;

·         Validation of user acceptance tests results ;

·         Documentation of business transition plans and actions ;

·         Drafting of operating manuals and procedures ;

·         Compilation of training material; training of business users ;

·         Providing support to production staff ;

·         Reporting progress, risks and issues to the stream leader ;

·         Participation in project meetings.

Your profile

·         Proven experience as a business analyst in a fund administration or transfer agency environment ;

·         Confirmed experience with operational, statutory, tax and financial reporting in fund administration environments ;

·         Experience with data warehouse implementation ;

·         Ability to integrate large project streams ;

·         Ability to deliver on time according to the requirements and to work independently ;

·         Proven participation in projects run according to prevailing project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PMBOK, Prince2) ;

·         Advanced language skills in English both in verbal and written communication are a pre-requisite (solid knowledge of German is a definite advantage) ;

·         Proven knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to read / update MS Project plans ;

·         Ability to professionally handle MS Visio ;

·         Experience with MultiFonds is an advantage.
