Deloitte's Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) provide consulting services to optimize our clients' effectiveness in all areas of HR Consulting such as search & selection, people development, motivation of staff and rewarding and retention. Deloitte is one of the largest HR consulting practices in the world, with around 8.500 Human Capital consultants located in over 80 offices. In order to accompany the strong growth of our Luxembourg practice, we are currently seeking additonal experienced Human Capital consultants.

Your responsibilities
You will have the possibility to work on various local and international consulting assignments, such as:
- Audits of HR functions and HR processes
- HR transformation projects
- Design and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Search & selection
- Staff surveys and Corporate culture assessment
- Change management
- Talent management
- Assessment centres design and deployment
- Corporate social responsibility projects
- Implementation of HRIS (SAP, Oracle-PeopleSoft)
Your profile
- At least 2 years' experience in consultancy, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong learning agility - ability and willingness to acquire new competencies and to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: HR Administrative processes re-engineering, HR transformation, HR
Information Systems, Performance Management, Competency Modeling
- Excellent analytical capabilities and presentation skills
- Fluency in French and English (knowledge of German being considered an asset)
