FINANCIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FRA/NL/UK (H/F)

Your mission:

-      Answering client requests concerning financial products

-      Supporting clients with the use of the web-platform

-      In charge of risk-management and opening client accounts

-      Calling prospects and commercial follow-up

-      Presenting the service per web seminar, on fairs etc.

Your profile:

-      You speak fluently French, Dutch and English, every other European language is a strong asset

-      You hold a diploma in finance or economy

-      You have a first experience in the financial sector, preferably in the client service

-      You are flexible with working hours and willing to work afternoon shifts (13-22)

-      You have a professional command of the MS Office Package and particularly Excel

-      You are service- oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills

-      You are a team player, dynamic, stress-resistant and pro-active

-      Programming skills are considered as an advantage
